Šī gada CyberShield forumā klātienē un tiešsaistē apskatīsim, ko faktiski nozīmē būt kiberkara frontes līnijā, kā efektīvi cīnīties ar jauno vektoru kiberuzbrukumiem un plānot infrastruktūras drošību jaunās realitātes apstākļos, kad plānošana līdzinās stikla bumbas pareģojumiem.

    Jakub Matusiak is the Technical Partner Specialist at IBM. He has more than 20-year experience in the IT business. For most of this time, Jakub has worked on the development of IBM applications. He has also successfully completed more than 150 IT projects, including digital transformation projects for Polish Energy Sector.

     
     

     
     

    ozols Varis Teivāns, Deputy Manager at CERT.LV

     

    Deputy Chief Executive at CERT.LV. Varis Teivāns has been active in cyber security for more than 15 years. He has also been involved in the creation and operation of Latvia’s first national unit of CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team). Currently, Varis Teivāns leads a CERT.LV technical team that works daily with cyber incidents of varying scale and complexity. His work and contribution to the strengthening of cyber security in Latvia have been welcomed by both the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Latvia and the State Police.

    Cathal Mc Daid is one of the world's foremost experts in mobile network security, and he leads a team responsible for research in the fields of cyber security & mobile networks. His pivotal work in the industry has been recognized by the GSM Association where he is the editor and author of the SS7 Interconnect Security Guidelines (GSMA FS.11) and the 5G Interconnect Security Guidelines (GSMA FS.36). His research work focuses on exploitation of mobile core network and messaging technologies, including the discovery of the actively exploited Simjacker SIM card vulnerability, as well as the area of nation-state exploitation of mobile core networks. He holds a BEng from University of Limerick, Ireland and an EMBA from INSEAD, France.

     
     

     

    zalewski Oleksandr Fedienko, People's deputy of Ukraine, member of Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

     

    Oleksandr Fedienko is People's Deputy of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of IX convocation, the member of Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence. Previously, he was the Deputy Chairperson of the Committee on Digital Transformation. He has an experience in digital sector reforms, as well as cyber security skills. Also Oleksandr was a Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian Internet Association (UIA).

    Roman Zaitsev is a member of the Ukrainian Computer Emergency Response Team CERT-UA. The main profile is the Cyber Incident Response and Malware Analysis. He has experience as a Cyber Incident Response Trainer at the Cyber Range Platform, which operates as a part of the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine.

     
     

     

    konstatinovs Glen Grant, Senior Expert at Baltic Security Foundation

     

    Glen Grant worked as a defence and reform expert in Ukraine working for the Ukrainian Institute for the Future. His key work in the last twenty years has been delivering reform and change for defence and security organisations in Europe. He has worked in the Defence Ministries of Ukraine, Latvia, Estonia, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Montenegro, Moldova, Poland, Albania, Kosovo, Slovenia, Serbia and Chile. As a business consultant he has worked with telecoms, agriculture, publishing and manufacturing. He worked on the operational and policy staffs in many different British and NATO Headquarters and MOD UK. Glen lives in Latvia and is a faculty member of Riga Business School lecturing on the Bachelor of Business Administration course in Strategy, HRM, Crisis Management and Entrepreneurship.

    Dmitrijs Ņikitins is a member of Tet board and Chief Technology Officer from 2021. Before that Dmitrijs was an IT director, Director of network operations and Head of external customer support department. He has a deep knowledge in IT strategy planning, digital transformation, DevOps and software development. Dmitrijs holds a degree in computer science from Riga Technical University and is a certified agilist.

    Nimrod Kravicas is a security geek that spent over 20 years researching, learning, and playing with security as a whitehat, finding vulnerabilities and ways to protect against them. During the presentation he will share insight of A10 DDoS technology that can help both enterprises and service providers.

     
     

     

    spergaKirils Solovjovs, Founder of Possible Security

     

    Mg. sc. comp., Mg.phys. Kirils Solovjovs is an IT policy activist, bug bounty hunter, and the most visible whitehat hacker in Latvia having discovered and responsibly disclosed or reported multiple security vulnerabilities in information systems of both national and international significance. He has vast experience in network flow analysis, reverse engineering, social engineering and security incident investigation. Kirils' professional competence is complemented by helping out NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence with the "Crossed Swords" red team exercise.

    Ron Meyran is a security and SDN industry expert who represents Radware at various industry events and training sessions. His thought leadership and opinion pieces have been widely published in leading IT & security industry magazines and he holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and a MBA from Tel Aviv University.

    Marianne Medar has an extensive background in the Estonian security and defense sector. Over the past ten years, she has led business and software development projects focusing on helping organizations become more data-centric. At CybExer Technologies, she oversees the Cyber Range as a Service program, coordinating CybExer´s goal to make cyber ranges accessible to a broader audience.
